Franklyn Abreu Ovalle


Franklyn is a senior associate of the firm, stands out for his specialization in management of complex litigation and implementation of legal strategies for prevention and resolution of conflicts. His career embraces both public and private sectors, with deep expertise in trial and judicial proceedings.


In the criminal sphere, he has managed outstanding representations, such as the successful defense of the interests of a consortium of construction companies in processes related to Operation Medusa, a high-profile corruption case in the Dominican Republic. In addition, he has actively participated in the defense of other high-profile cases, including the controversy surrounding the construction company Odebrecht and the complex Operation Larva.


Franklyn graduated with honors from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Law.
