José J. Figueroa Figari is a prominent senior associate in our firm, with a solid professional career focused on corporate law and labour disputes. José completed his academic training at the University APEC, obtaining the degree of Bachelor of Law, where he was recognized for his dedication and academic excellence. Subsequently, he deepened his studies with a Master's degree in Labour Law and Social Security at the prestigious Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD), thus consolidating his expertise in labour and social policy issues critical to today's business environment.

In addition to his university training, he has continued his professional development with multiple courses in labour law and corporate law, staying always updated with the latest trends and legal regulations. Currently, he is pursuing a master's degree in Conflict Resolution and Mediation at the Fundación Universitaria Iberoamericana (FUNIBER), further expanding his ability to facilitate agreements and efficiently resolve disputes.
